CHALLENGE

Occident needed a multipurpose and state-of-the-art auditorium. A flexible, modern, and modular space to hold corporate events, meetings, and hybrid gatherings with remote participants, easily adaptable to the event’s capacity:

  • Flexible and modular design. The room size can be configured based on capacity. With up to 100 seats, which can be reduced to 60 or 40 depending on the need.
  • Immersive experience. Stunning large-format displays, surround sound, smart microphones, and cameras transform the experience of each presentation.
  • Seamless hybrid collaboration. Integrated tools ensure fluid and natural interaction between in-person and remote participants.

 

The design and integration of cutting-edge audiovisual, videoconferencing, remote collaboration, and automation technologies was required for proper event management, improving the attendee experience, and enhancing hybrid collaboration.

 

SOLUTION

With the collaboration of LG, CISCO and DATACOM.GLOBAL, OCCIDENT transformed its new auditorium into the technological heart of the building by implementing an advanced digital infrastructure based on:

  • LG 136″ All-in-One displays, delivering superb image quality, with uniform brightness and a high contrast ratio of 3000:1, ideal for bright spaces. Designed for all types of events, they guarantee best image sharpness, quality and professionalism in every presentation.
  • CISCO collaboration technologies, including Quadcam and automated PTZ cameras, optimizing image and audio capture for an immersive experience, even for remote participants.
  • Cisco Room Navigator devices for managing divisible rooms setups and professional audio systems
